Overview<\/h2>\n

Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadruddin Aini (TSPU) is one of Tajikistan\u2019s best-known teacher training universities and a major hub for education, research, and academic development. Founded in 1931 in Dushanbe as the Stalinabad Pedagogical Institute, it later became a university after independence and adopted its current name in honor of national poet Sadruddin Aini. Today, TSPU continues to prepare educators and specialists for schools and universities across multiple disciplines.<\/p>\n

At present, TSPU enrolls roughly 8,000\u201311,000 students and employs more than 585 faculty members, including more than 30 Doctors of Science and around 125 candidates of science. Teaching is organized through about 11 faculties covering pedagogy, philology, foreign languages, history, mathematics, psychology, political science, and physical education.
