Overview<\/h2>\n

The University of Dodoma (UDOM), located in Dodoma\u2014the capital of Tanzania\u2014was officially established in March 2007 and began academic programmers in September of that year. Today, it operates from a large Chikwawa campus on roughly 6,000 hectares, about 8 km east of the city center, and continues expanding its infrastructure toward full capacity for up to 50,000 students.<\/p>\n

UDOM currently hosts over 40,000 students across seven colleges, three schools, and two institutes.
