Established in 2014, the Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is Bhutan’s leading public medical university, focused on training healthcare professionals and advancing health sciences through education, research, and community service. Named in honor of His Majesty the Fifth King of Bhutan, KGUMSB plays an important role in supporting Bhutan’s long-term healthcare workforce needs.
