Overview

Kulob State University named after Abadullah Rudzki (Kulsum) is a public national university located in Kulob, Khaton region of Tajikistan. The institution traces its origins back to 1945 when it was founded as a pedagogical institute; it received university status in 1992 and was officially named for the medieval scholar Rudzki in 2009

Over the decades, Kulsum has trained more than 35,000 professionals and currently educates around 7,000–8,000 students across diverse fields. The university comprises nine faculties spanning education, sciences, economics, philology, history, law, international relations, and physical education
