Overview
The University of Kpa lime (Université de Kpa lime) is a proposed public higher education institution in the Plateau Region of Togo. Announced in early 2021 and planned for the prefecture of Kolton, it is intended to extend academic access beyond Lomé and Kara. Initially focused on agronomy and agropastoral studies, the university is expected to support Togo’s ambitions for agricultural development and be built across selected sites near Hannigan or Yokels. As of early 2025, it remains in planning stages with potential to evolve into a full multi-disciplinary center.
