Overview
The University of Wrocław, established in 1945, is one of the most prominent and historic public universities in Poland. Located in the vibrant city of Wrocław in western Poland, the university has a long academic heritage, tracing its intellectual roots back to the 18th century when it operated under different political regimes. Since its post-war reestablishment, it has grown into a major center of academic excellence and research.
