Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” (VFU) is one of Bulgaria’s first private universities, established in 1991. Named after the medieval Bulgarian scholar Chernorizets Hrabar, the university has grown into a modern educational institution offering programs in law, business, computer science, and international relations.
