Top 7 places to visit if you are a beach person

We live in a world where there are thousands of pristine beaches and all are uniquely beautiful in their ways. It would so not be justice to make a list of the 7 most lovely beaches, but this list represents those beaches that are accessible, have different backdrops and shorelines, and have enchanting beauty. To explore, you will need to start somewhere & this list will give you a pretty good start.

Reethi Rah, Maldives

Beaches and luxurious resorts are the two words that describe Maldives; if your eyes sparkle by listening to these two words, then pack your bags and head out to one of the 1200 islands that make Maldives. Amongst many beautiful islands, my favorite is Reethi Rah. A typical evening in the Maldives is relaxing on a sun lounger with a glass of your favorite drink in your hand, and watching the sun meet with the beach’s shoreline, at the horizon.

Camps Bay Beach, Cape Town

Camps Bay Beach is world famous, so if you are heading to this place during summertime, be prepared to see many people trying to bask in the beauty of nature present in front of their eyes. Camps Bay is more about the scenic beauty that comes packed with the beach (unlike any other beach across the globe). The water of this beach is emerald-turquoise and is pristine to look at. If you take the panoramic view, one side will be rock formations (12 apostles), and a beautiful beach on the other side!

Matira Beach, Bora Bora, French Polynesia

Do you know what a tropical paradise looks like? If not, head to the floating archipelago in Bora Bora, French Polynesia, and you will just know it. White powdery sand beaches, turquoise lagoon, and posh overwater resorts & bungalows are some reasons one visit to this place is a must. You will find many beaches in this place but the most know one is Matira beach. Do not miss the sunset over the beautiful lagoon, while you are here. This is one of the most beautiful parts of France in overseas territories.

Pink Sand Beach, Harbour Island, The Bahamas

This is one gem of the Caribbean, and the highlight of this beach is the pink sand.

What makes this pink sand beach mesmerizing is the morning sun’s rays falling on the beach sand; the view is surreal and being a beach person, you should spectate this at least once in your lifetime. One tip: do not miss packing the essentials for trip, like sunscreen! The beach stretch is 5 km and because of the presence of reef on the undersides, it becomes a safe spot to swim. The point is, it is a picture-perfect setting to be in.

Shipwreck Beach, Zakynthos, Greece

Greece beautifully combines blue and white colors backdrops with pink flowers in the forefront. When you add the Zakynthos Shipwreck beach to this beauty, it becomes a holiday in paradise! This beach comes alive in the crescent shape because of the outward mountain cliffs surrounding this beach. You will be able to access this beach via a taxi boat, which you can catch from Zakynthos’ coast. There was a time when this beach was a smuggler’s cove and hence the name.

Mamanuca Island, Fiji

This beach will give you the feeling of seclusion, and if you are craving some me time (or personal time with someone special), then you should head to Fiji. Richly made sumptuous resorts, endless shorelines, and shimmering water will greet you when you land in Fiji. If you like to go for a dive and see the beautiful corals, then Taveuni’s diverse coral reef would be the place to do so. This place is also on the list of surfers and divers. While you are here, do not miss out on checking out the local kava drink and becoming a part of the Fijian customs; these will truly make you feel you are in some secluded & beautiful corner of this earth!

Railay Beach, Thailand

Railay beach looks like a gorgeous piece of art made by mother nature herself and tops the list of touristy places in Thailand. You can reach this place by a long-tail boat (you will remember a ride on this boat, especially if you are an adventure lover!). As you land on this beach, you will feel soft powdery sand down under your feet and a mesmerizing turquoise lagoon in front of your eyes. Surrounding this, you will see magnanimous limestone monoliths and mountain caves. If you like to add some more adventure to your trip, you can go rock climbing and swim in the underground caves.

As a matter of fact, you can also look for comfortable stays around Railay Beach like Avatar Railay Krabi, Sand Sea Resort, Chill Out Jungle Bar and Bungalow, and several OYO properties. You can make the booking through platforms like Booking.com, Hotels.com, Agoda, and more. If you are looking for discount codes and voucher deals, you can check them out too.
